Our Shipping Approach
Your shipment may be managed in two stages:
- Your order is first shipped internationally to your country.
- A local logistics partner or agent receives the shipment and forwards it to your delivery address.
This model helps us maintain lower operational costs while making our products accessible globally.
Delivery Times
Because we prioritize responsible production over mass inventory, delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- production schedules
- destination country
- customs clearance
- third-party courier services
We may use regular shipping services to help keep costs reasonable for our customers. As a result, occasional delays outside our control may occur.
Estimated delivery timelines will be shared during checkout where possible.
Pre-Orders & Subscription Orders
Certain products may be produced on a pre-order basis. These items are manufactured closer to actual demand in order to reduce waste and excess inventory.
Pre-order and subscription deliveries may take up to one month depending on production timing.
Customs & Import Duties
Customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country's regulations.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist through the shipping provider.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sand & You is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect delivery details submitted during checkout.
